Recently my montgomery glands have become very prominent, my areola is sore, but only in my right breast. what could be the cause of this?

Causes: Could be some irritation of the nipple area from a new bra or some form of friction of the area. Would still consider pregnancy as a possible cause. Premenstrual breast pain, while often bilateral can be one sided as well.
