it's the last day of my period and i have jelly like clear/pink discharge, sore breasts and a lot of blue veins on my breasts. what could be the cause?

Wait and see: At the end of the menstrual cycle the remaining blood and tissue pass although you are 28 so I am sure you know that. If you feel the discharge is abnormal schedule a visit for testing. If your breast tenderness and abnormal veins continue then schedule a visit for a breast examination.
