Just got over a cold almost 2 weeks ago, now past 3 days i woke up with bad congestion and greenish snot. thinking sinus infection. need antibiotics?

Maybe a new cold: This is more likely a new cold rather than sinusitis from the previous one, and an antibiotic probably wouldn't help. If no fever, you should try the usual things (aspirin, a nasal decongestant spray, etc), and see your doctor if it isn't clearing up in a few days.

Started 3day z-pack for sinus infection on 3/4/14. Congestion got better for about two days but is now back. Go back to Dr. or wait it out?
