Over the counter: you feel you have water trapped in your ear. Over the counter pharmacy method should work. First try chewing gum. That changes the pressure in your ear drum. If no improvement then try debrox. It helps to remove ear wax. That will allow the water out. Do not shove anything in your ear. That might lead to injury of your ear drum.
