Expected outcome: This is one of the many reasons why high pressure irrigation/lavage for external ear canal wax clearance is a horrible idea. The only way to treat impacted ear canal cerumen (wax) is to see an ENT who can use a microscope and fine instruments to clean your ears. Vertigo spells following irrigation is common and will slowly improve. Try meclizine in the meantime and keep your ear canals dry

See Doctor: It's unusual to use high pressure liquid to remove ear wax, usually suction is used. Have your doctor take a look into the ear canal.
