Has fever for 2.5 days; taking paracetamol & cough medicine (hasn't seen a doc yet). it's 2:30 am &she is scratching her foot for past hour?

You're scratching he: You are probably giving too low a dose of paracetamol. 10-15 mg/kg/dose every 4 hours. That is most common reason it does not work. I don't know why she is scratching. See her doc.
