Window 4 weeks: Yes you can move on. The 4th generation HIV tests include HIV2 as well as HIV1, and the results are conclusive any time 4 weeks or more after the last possible exposure. No matter how high the risk, all tests after 4 weeks were unnecessary. Also, HIV2 is rare outside parts of Africa; I don't know data from Albania, but probably very rare. No more testing needed.
