Hard to tell: The doctor who prescribed these drugs needs to diagnose you first before he treats you. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic, and omeprazole reduces the concentration of stomach acid. Omeprazole can have diarrhea as an adverse effect, but I don't think this is the culprit. How do you know you have "stomach flu?" I need more information to diagnose you properly before treating you.
