Omeprazole/Bentyl.: Omeprazole is used to suppress acid production in your stomach. Normally prescribed for patients with acid reflux, peptic ulcer disease, or h. Pylori infection. Bentyl (dicyclomine) is a smooth muscle relaxant. It is used for patients with ibs to relieve pain. Normally, it should be given maybe 1/2 to an hour before meals. You should discuss with your doctors if you had questions.
