Stomach ache/cramping for a week increases after eating. multiple soft to diarrhea stools. some vomiting. today low grade fever. could this be the stomach flu or should i go to pcp? how long should i let this go for. taking pepcid and omeprazole?

A week is long enough to see your doctor for these symptoms. A viral infection, like a “stomach flu”, should be getting better after 7 days. If your symptoms are improving, then it is ok to wait a few more days but, if you are not improving every day, then see your doctor because there is likely another cause besides a viral infection. You may need a GI doctor to evaluate you as well. Good luck!
