Possible tumor: Most lesions of the head and neck occur in the anterior triangle related to jugular nodes or thyroid. A large nodule under skin behind ear is a high placed posterior triangle lymph node or lesion arising in parotid wbich can extend up behind ear. Should be seen by surgeon for possible bx.
