Hello sir, Last year i suffer from heartburn then i took ppi for week and it get resolved, after 6 month i feel the left upar quadrant pain with melena, then i went for endoscopy and it reveals H pylori, went again it say non reflixive esophagitis 1?
Endoscopy showed grade B reflux esophagitis. Biopsy says: reflux esophagitis, mild, with focal surface erosion. Is the erosion also mild? I started on 20 mg Prilosec. I still have some regurgitation but no longer burning. Is med likely to heal this?
