I'm a 78 yo female I am cold on the right side of my body feet and hands and warm on the left of my body in the winter and I have dizzy spells in the summer while walking and standing and I don't sweat?
During winter i always feel very cold. My hands and feet especially can never be warm even if i wear socks or stay by the fire place. And during summer i am always very hot. But i don't really sweat much. Can you please help me. ?

Hands, feet, tip of nose are always ice cold. Never changes color but nail beds are frequently purple. In bed @ night is the only time they are warm. ?
