Counseling center: Most colleges have an on-campus counseling center. Look into it, and see what you find. It's part of your tuition, and shouldn't cost anything.

Lots of approaches: Talk about feelings & address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine & alcohol (or moderate). Try Qi Gong, Tai Chi, acupuncture, acupressure, homeopathy, meditation, Yoga, exercise program, deep breathing exercises or Progressive muscle relaxation. Consider CES.

Colleges usually: have Student Health Services, where usually there are found mental health counselors, usually at low cost or even free as part of the tuition. Community clinics are low cost to everyone and many have sliding scales for counseling based mostly on income (which college kids don't have, usually). Or, diagnose yourself.
