Nose swab tested positive for a gram negative bacilli and cocci colony. this was causing sore outbreaks on face.took bactroban 2x daily for 10 days. will bactroban eliminate both? are these types of nasal colonies recurring? or should i be fine now?

Probably unrelated: Those kinds of bacteria are not likely cause of "sore outbreaks on face". If this is due to any bacteria at all, I would be more suspicious of strep or staph. Bactroban (mupirocin) may help. However, you should also speak with your doctor about the possibility of herpes, which is an entirely different problem.
