Varies a great deal: First of all did the same person score your number or was it a different provider. Sometimes it can be quite subjective when your airway is scored and different people score differently. You can not generally change this but working to relax your throat and breathing will sometimes help. You would have to discuss this with someone at the time of your exam. Hope this helps.
