Fvc 92 fev1 88 fev1/fvc 84 one year later fvc 93 fev1 83 fev1/fvc 87.should i be concerned that the fev1 has declined? no change post bronch.

No: Not sure what the underlying disease is (probably asthma). There are some normal variations when you do repeat pulmonary function testing. Drop from 88 to 83 is not concerning and could be just normal variation. Depending on the underlying disease process, ongoing monitoring will give better information about the trend. Trend is more important than one random reading.

Mgt: It would be helpful to review with an online appointment, but based on the information provided the values and trend do not indicate a serious decline. What were the results of your CT scan, MeCH and MRI?
