Would fluid in my ear give me a throb in my head?

Fluid in ear: Most commonly, fluid in the middle ear would cause hearing loss. That is what adult patients complain about the most with serous otitis media. The throb in the head symptom would not typically be associated. You should see and ENT for exam, hearing testing, and treatment recommendations.
