I just got over a concussion, but as i was scooting to the side in a taxi, my head bumped the inside of the roof, since i'm so tall. should i worry?

Post concussion hit: Would not worry if you are functional. Monitor for persisting headache , nausea, vomiting x more than 2 x in 24 hours ,confusion, visual difficulties , difficulty with speech or word finding, difficulty w/gait. Do not worry f/u w/ doc.
