Medications Risks: Sertraline may increase the effects of Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine)- jitteriness, anxiety. Taking together increases the risk of a serious condition - Serotonin Syndrome. Using Alcohol with Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) can increase the risk of increased heart rate, chest pain, or blood pressure changes.
