Not likely, BUT:: Zoloft can increase blood levels of vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) and can cause anxiety or jitteriness. More importantly combining these medications may cause a RARE condition called serotonin syndrome which can cause confusion, seizures, muscle spasm, tremor, severe fever etc. In severe cases coma and death. This interaction is NOT common but can occur. If concerned discuss with your doctor.

No increased risk: Providing you're taking only recommended dosages, there's no contraindication to taking Vyvance and Zoloft (sertraline) simultaneous. Depression & ADD/ADHD are different disorders. No single drug treats both. Untreated depression is potentially lethal, so don't stop taking Zoloft (sertraline) without your doctor's knowledge and consent.

Not usual doses: These medications are compatible with each other. At the usual doses, there should not be any danger.
