Yes.. but: Luvox and Zoloft (SSRI meds) can interact with Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) to boost the effects of Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) possibly giving you more side effects such as jitteriness, tremor. But the combination is fairly common, effective and safe with careful medical supervision. I hope this helps.
