How can I know that tooth filling needs to be replaced? I filled less than half of my broken tooth more than 4 years ago. It is still perfect.

Ask your dentist: Dental fillings may last many years; however, eventually all fillings need to be replaced. Ask your dentist for x-rays and clinical evaluation. If concerned, get a second opinion.
