Ask your dentist: Dental fillings may last many years; however, eventually all fillings need to be replaced. Ask your dentist for x-rays and clinical evaluation. If concerned, get a second opinion.

Evaluation: Your restorations are evaluated by your dentist when you have a routine dental visit. You are not qualified to tell if the restoration is still "perfect", and you certainly cannot see underneath and between your teeth without radiographs.
