I hav a small hard lump what looks like a blood blister on the top of my left ear that isalso very painful it's also a bit swollen any idea what it cud be iw had it 4 a few days now & I'm quite worried as to what it cud be?

21 mo old has a small bump on back of head, close to bottom of hair line, under skin. Feels like a swollen blood vessel, soft, but doesn't seem to bother her when we gently touch it. No discoloration. We just noticed it when my hand brushed over it.
Are their any blood vessels near the tragus part of the ear? I feel a swollen lump in that area could it be an anurysm?
