Maybe: It's possible, but radiculopathy is not something you should try to self-diagnose. You need a thorough history and neurologic exam by an experienced clinician, and, if the doc thinks you need it, C-spine MRI and/or EMG/NCS. I can't tell from your post if this is benign or serious. You should have it checked out.
