Since 6pm yesterday i have had a tingle down my arm and in my pinky and ring finger of my right hand. i do suffer from 2 herniations in my neck.

Pinched nerve: Probably related to the herniated disks in your neck. Since there is no weakness or pain, the most likely cause is overlying muscle spasm, if symptoms don't improve in several dats, then you should be seen by your doctor.

Possibilities: Although you could have a cervical radiculopathy, more likely your ulnar nerve is compressed at elbow or shoulder. Agree the next step is to see your doctor.
