I have a white patch on my bottom lip not sure if cold sore or not been there for 24 hrs no tingling no swelling yet i feel skin tightening around it ?

Lip Sore: Could be a cold sore. Could be from trauma to lip such as having been bitten. Chances are it will improve on its own, however, particularly if you are a smoker there always concerns for leukoplakia which may be a premalignant lesion. If it persists you should see your doctor.
