My wife had a tooth inf. Which has been pulled since. Now the inf has traveled to her neck and ahe can't swollow. The pain is so bad she can't see well?

Very common: Having pain after your surgery is expected. Rinse your mouth with salt water frequently to help keep it clean and prevent an infection and take some NSAIDs OTC.
