i had my tooth pulled on monday and it is now friday, haven't taken any pain meds and i feel a slight pain, not constant and very dull, should i be wo?

Very common: Having pain after your surgery is expected. Rinse your mouth with salt water frequently to help keep it clean and prevent an infection and take some NSAIDs OTC.
