Serious Situation: Obviously that is a serious situation and I would hope that your sister is under psychiatric care. If she is suicidal , she probably should be in the hospital. Having delirium suggests that she was taking drugs and or alcohol and needs help with this problem. This overall situation can be hard on the sibling such as yourself and you might consider talking to a therapist.
