Jc virus: JC virus is a type of human polyomavirus which can be associated with neurological symptoms and PML, It may be linked with colorectal cancer. It can be seen in patients with immunodeficiency diseases such as cancer and AIDS. It is not associated with MS. The virus is carried by many people and is usually harmless.
