Do not get too: concerned about fetal weight right now, unless it fails to improve by the third trimester. Fetal low birth weight (LBW) is detectable and treatable starting in the 2nd trimester. Be sure to not smoke cigarettes, use drugs or drink alcohol. Take your prenatal vitamins religiously and eat nutritious foods (carbs, proteins, dairy, fruits and veggies) in healthy portions and do your daily walk.
