Vaccine ??: I will assume you mean rabies vaccine. If you have completed the rabies vaccine series, the valid protection is considered good for a minimum of 2 years,so a new bite after a year would not require a new series. If the full series was not completed,the need would depend on the type of exposure and prevalence of rabies in the area.

You must get: tetanus vaccination and have the animal tested for rabies. Cat bites tend to easily infect and you should be on prophylactic antibiotic therapy.
