NZ = no travel vax: Besides what would be considered the 'usual' childhood vaccinations (diseases like measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, tetanus and the like), no - you do not require specific travel vaccinations to travel to New Zealand. We also have no snakes, only one rarely seen venomous spider, and no mosquito-borne diseases of note. The main dangers to travellers to New Zealand are road traffic accidents.
