NO......: Unless you have special situation like oral sex relate......It is a antibiotic of frequent bad side effect, so use is selective.

Bronchitis: In 95% of cases, acute bronchitis is viral, so antibiotics in general would have no benefit. The mainstay of treatment here would really be steroids and inhalers. For the minority of cases that are bacterial, better antibiotic choices exist, such as Azithromycin or Levofloxacin.
