what drug can be prescribed for a 3 month baby with bronchitis pneumonia?

Dr. Jonathan Strutt

It depends: That makes things somewhat more clear. Baby's don't get bronchitis, but bronchiolitis (lower airway inflammation). There is no treatment as it is a viral infection, just symptom support. If your baby received an x-ray and the doctor said they have pneumonia, than Amoxicillin is the first line treatment.
