Started exercising about a month ago, but am still eating the same. however, i have gained weight rather than maintained/lost any. how can i stop this?

Diet: Exercise alone often isn't enough to lose weight. Intake of calories is key. Even with reasonable daily physical activity, your intake of calories may need to be around only 1000 per day in order to lose fat tissue. A dietician in one visit could outline a reducing diet appropriate for you and advise you as to your ideal weight.
