I like...: Premier protein from cosco or sam's club. Avalailable elsewhere: 30g of whey protein in 11oz containers. 160 kcal. Draw back: only chocolate and vanilla! i also like eas-more widely avaiable, but has soy as well as whey. 17g/11 oz. 100 kcal. Many more flavors!
