the area around my nipples keeps changing, sometimes small and hard others spread out, pink and softish. been on pill for 4.5 months. what's wrong?

Not necessarily any: problem. They vary. certainly hormonal changes change them, but also just cold or anything that changes skin tone. dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them, and this is NOT an appropriate venue for that, so, would have to get an opinion from a GYN.
