My clit is swollen and tender . my nipples are hard and sore. i havnt had any sex. or changes in anything really. what is wrong & what should i do?

Are your periods on time & normal? Where you have both clitoral& nipple symptoms, a hormonal imbalance could be operative. Clitoral swelling& tenderness can be caused by inflammation/infection but redness is also usually present. I'm not sure whether prolonged sexual abstinence can be a cause of your symptoms. Your gynecologist is best to advise you.
