Pain right at the bend of the knee, medial, slightly behind the knee and inner thigh pain. feels like a tendon might snap when running. any ideas?

Stop if hurts.: Pain is a sign that something is wrong. Continuing any activity that is causing pain can worsen the pain and the damage. Some pain is expected with training as muscles strengthen and endurance improves but new pain means something else. Unless we are getting millions as pro athletes, don't risk damage. Get checked to see if all's well or not and how to avoid future pain.
