Blood clot: the most dangerous thing that could be causing your symptoms is a blood clot in the vein of your leg. Please consider seeing your health care provider as soon as possible. It might also be a strained muscle in your leg however you should be checked to make sure you do not have a blood clot.

Pain: Sounds like a herniated disc problem. May need some physical therapy and an MRI to rule that out.
