Is there anything one can do to make fetal heartbeat strong from reduced (at 6-7 weeks). even empirically anything that can be done?

No: If the heartbeat is low at 6-7 weeks but normal at 8 weeks the risk of 1st trimester fetal demise is approximately 25%. If the heartbeat at 6-7 wks is borderline low but normal at 8 weeks the risk of fetal demise is no higher than average (around 7-8%). So wait to see how the heartbeat is at 8 weeks. Hopefully it will be normal.

Did a viginal scan at 5weeeks, only one fetus was detected. At 7 weeks, scanned by a different practitioner 2 heartbeats were detected at 137bmp and 148bmp. Now at 10 weeks by the first gynae, apparently a twin disappeared. How possible is this?
