See doc: See doctor again. Uvula swelling may be associated with throat swelling which may choke off your breathing. However antibiotic often takes 3-4 days to provide optimal effect. If you are improving, just follow the course, If not , call your doctor instead of putting yourself on clindamycin.

No: You Should wait for couple day more and if no improvement then see your doctor for treatment.
