Sinus infection.: Check with your doc. Sinus infections can cause a foul odor to the breath. This often can improve with antibiotics. If not, then get checked for GERD and other causes of bad breath (as well as mucus in the throat). We cannot give you a definite answer without examining you, though. See a doc.
