why does acid reflux feel like you have constant post nasal drip?

Anatomy may cause : If you have this problem in the morning it means you are having reflux as you sleep, the acid may be pooling in the back of your throat. This can cause irratation to the mucosa and make you feel like you have PND. As the day goes on acid may still be coming up from the stomach. There are medications that can help this as long as you have been checked for allergies, which may also cause symptoms
