Mgt: I would suggest checking her temperature again, providing clear liquids. She may be developing an infection, including pneumonia. Please let your PCP know if the symptoms recur.

Vomiting: Vomiting can be non-specific symptoms of whether viral infection, like stomach virus, but it could be a sign of pneumonia, other blood infections. Just watch it and do small amounts of fluids.
