This could be due to any number of things including a viral infection, a reaction to something you ate, etc. The most important thing is to drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated. If you are not able to keep fluids down, you may need to go to urgent care to get some IV fluids and some medicine for the nausea/vomiting. If you are tolerating fluids, call your doctor to get anti-nausea medicine.
