Gastroenteritis: Sounds like viral gastroenteritis. Besides nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea, symptoms of gastroenteritis can include a low-grade fever of about 99 degrees. Diarrhea is typically mild to moderate. Abdominal swelling or pain in the right lower side of the abdomen as well as dehydration can occur. If does not subside in about 3 days consult physician.
