Throat and Ear pain: Greetings. Throat and Ear pain should be evaluated with an endoscope if it is persistent and worsening. Thoughts would be Eustachian Tube disorder, TMJ, Sinusitis, possibly even a growth in the nose or throat area. I guess I would like like to know more about the examination. Were you scoped or not? If not, it might be worth getting a second opinion from another ENT.
