Underneath my tongue is swollen, not my tongue. (Bottom front of my mouth.) I think it's called sublingual papilla. Also the lymphnode is swollen.
Is it normal to see the vallate papillae in a healthy tongue? Is it normal they look like swollen red bumps? or is it an indication of something wrong when also having a white coated tongue?
